IDENTIFIKASI KADAR KOLESTEROL PADA COFFEE SNOB DI RUMAH SAKIT METTA MEDIKA II SIBOLGA

This study is a quantitative, analytical survey using a cross-sectional design, aimed at identifying cholesterol levels among Coffee Snobs at Metta Medika II Hospital, Sibolga. Measurements of the independent and dependent variables were taken at a single point in time (determined during sample selection), employing a point-in-time data collection approach. Among the 64 respondents, 40 (62%) fell into the high cholesterol category and were classified as frequent coffee consumers, while 24 (38%) fell into the normal cholesterol category and were classified as never or occasional coffee consumers.
