ANALISA KADAR TRIGLISERIDA PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI USIA 40-60 TAHUN DI LABORATORIUM KLINIK SETIA SEHAT MEDAN TAHUN 2025

Objective: This study aims to determine the profile of triglyceride levels in hypertensive patients aged 40–60 years at Setia Sehat Clinical Laboratory Medan in 2025. Method: This research is a descriptive quantitative study using a cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 34 patients selected using purposive sampling based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected through triglyceride level testing using the enzymatic GPO-PAP method, as well as from medical record reviews and interviews. Results: The study showed that out of 34 patients, 28 (82%) had elevated triglyceride levels, 4 (12%) had normal levels, and 2 (6%) had decreased levels.
