PENGARUH TERAPI REMINISCENCE TERHADAP PENURUNAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA PASIEN YANG MENJALANI HEMODIALIS DI RUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2025
This study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest–posttest approach. The study sample consisted of 19 respondents selected based on inclusion criteria. Anxiety levels were measured using an anxiety level questionnaire before and after reminiscence therapy was given. Data were analyzed using a Paired Sample t-test with a significance level of α = 0.05. Results: Before reminiscence therapy, the majority of respondents experienced moderate (47.4%) and severe (31.6%) anxiety. After therapy, the majority of respondents experienced mild anxiety (68.4%), and none experienced severe anxiety. The mean anxiety level decreased from 2.11 to 1.32 after the intervention. The results of the paired sample t-test showed a p-value of 0.000 (p< 0.05), indicating a significant difference between anxiety levels before and after reminiscence therapy.
