HUBUNGAN PENINGKATAN SGPT (ALTL) PADA PEKERJA DRILLING YANG KURANG TIDUR DI PT. TBM
Objective: To determine the relationship between sleep quality and SGPT levels among drilling workers at PT. TBM. Methods: This study employed an observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 226 drilling workers selected via purposive sampling. Sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire, and SGPT levels were measured through laboratory testing. Bivariate analysis was conducted using the Chi-square test and Fisher's Exact Test. Results: A total of 10.6% of the workers experienced poor sleep quality (PSQI > 5), and the same proportion exhibited high SGPT levels (> 50 IU/L). A significant association was found between poor sleep quality and elevated SGPT levels (p < 0.001). All respondents with poor sleep quality exhibited elevated SGPT levels.
