PENGARUH BREATHING RELAXATION DENGAN TEKNIK BALLON BLOWING TERHADAP SATURASI OKSIGEN PADA PASIEN TUBERKULOSIS PARU DIRUMAH SAKIT GRANDMED LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2025
Pulmonary tuberculosis a chronic infectious disease that affects lung tissue and leads to disturbances in the respiratory system. One of the clinical impacts commonly experienced by patients decreased oxygen saturation, which may occur due to secretion accumulation, airway obstruction, and inflammatory processes that interfere with gas exchange. Non-pharmacological interventions, such as breathing relaxation combined with the balloon blowing technique, can be used to support the improvement of oxygen saturation. Breathing relaxation is a therapeutic breathing exercise intended to reduce muscle tension, enhance lung ventilation, and increase the effectiveness of oxygenation. Meanwhile, the balloon blowing technique provides positive airway pressure, expands the alveoli, facilitates secretion clearance, and improves oxygen flow.
