HUBUNGAN TINGKAT KEPATUHAN MENGKOMSUMSI OBAT ANTIRETROVIRAL TERHADAP PENINGKATAN JUMLAH CD4 PADA PASIEN HIV/AIDS DI KLINIK ATLANTIS
This study aims to determine the relationship between adherence to ARV medication and the increase in CD4 count among HIV/AIDS patients at Klinik Atlantis. This is a quantitative analytic study using a cross-sectional approach. A total of 15 respondents were selected through total sampling technique. Data were collected from patient medical records and analyzed using the Spearman correlation test. The analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.239 with a significance value of 0.391 (p > 0.05), indicating that there was no statistically significant relationship between adherence to ARV therapy and the increase in CD4 count.
